Cut it out. Cut if off. Take it out.

Rip it out. Break it off. Let it go.

Feel the pain. Burn the bridge. Mourn the loss.

Clean it off. Clear it out. Bleed it out.

Make the space. Find the void. Feel the wounds.

Learn to trust. Take His hand. Let Him see.

Bring Him in. Let Him fill. Let it heal.



All necessary. All easier said than done.

God bring me out of this absolute hell.

Sometimes I think a literal cutting off of my hand would hurt less.
