Campus by the Sea style brown bread. A few years ago a good friend of mine who was head cook at CBS gave me the secret recipe, except the proportions called for enough flour, sugar, etc. to make bread for about 250 people...which is a few more loaves than I was thinking.
I hope I still have the math skills to do all the fun conversions correctly. But it'll be worth it because, when made correctly, this stuff is amazing (especially with some cream cheese on top). Yummy!
Anyone want a loaf? Let me know and I'll factor you into the proportions. :)
